What is Keuka To Go doing during the COVID-19 Pandemic?
We want to be able to responsibly offer our services to the community as long as possible. To that end, we have instituted the following policies in order to minimize risk of spreading coronavirus:
We have educated drivers on signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and instructed them to remain home if feeling unwell
ALL food deliveries are NON-CONTACT. This means that your food will be left at your door and the driver will leave. Please remember to add a tip for your driver when placing the order as you will not be able to add one at the door.
We have suspended cash payments. If this places an undue hardship on you, please call us at 315-924-7575 and we may be able to coordinate a safe, contact-free way to deliver your food. Whether or not this is an option is at the sole discretion of Keuka To Go staff and contractors. Please be advised that drivers are not currently carrying any cash and will be unable to make change.
Daily disinfection of all delivery equipment using a specialized, non-toxic, long acting virucidal cleaner
Drivers have been provided with masks to wear while interacting with others and unable to maintain social distance
Drivers sanitize hands after every restaurant and customer interaction
Please continue to support our local restaurants by ordering take-out or delivery, whether it is through Keuka To Go or directly from the restaurant. Our restaurants are a major part of what make our community great. We are conferencing daily with our restaurant partners and updating our Facebook Page with new information as soon as it is available.
How do I place an order?
You can order by selecting one of the open restaurants on the left of your screen. Simply click on the items you want and they will be added to your order.

How much does it cost?
Our delivery fees start at $3.99 and are based on the distance from the restaurant to your address. When you enter your address, you'll see an estimate of the delivery fee for each participating restaurant.
The fee is based on the exact driving distance to your address and reflects the time and effort involved for our self-employed driver partners to make sure that your food arrives in peak condition. Our driver partners deliver up to 15 miles from the restaurant - wow!
The delivery fee is not a gratuity.
Should I tip?
Absolutely! We like to think of our driver partners as waiters on wheels. Tip is not included in your total, and our self-employed driver partners work hard to make sure your food is delivered hot, fresh, and as you ordered it. The delivery fee is not a tip.
Your tip of 15-20% in cash at the door or on your credit card (when you order or at the door) is greatly appreciated.
How long does it take for delivery?
The average delivery time varies depending on the size of your order and the time of day but is usually between 30 and 60 minutes.
Please keep in mind that delivery times are simply an estimate. We will do our best to get you your food within the time we provide when you order, but be aware that some restaurants get very busy so your delivery time may be longer than expected.
You can avoid unexpected delays by scheduling your order in advance.
What are my payment options?

If you are paying with cash please call us at 315-924-7575. Please let us know if you are paying with a bill larger than $20, our affiliated self-employed driver partners might not carry enough change to break large bills without notice.
I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
Please call us at 315-924-7575 as soon as possible so we can correct the issue. We will confirm with the restaurant regarding the mistake. Once we verify with the restaurant, we will either coordinate with your self-employed delivery professional to re-deliver the missing/incorrect item or refund you the amount.
We do not refund any orders without the consent of the restaurant
Orders can not be canceled once they have been sent to the restaurant
